2026 Merit Table
The Merit Table ranks every competing PGA Yorkshire member by their accumulated points across all qualifying events this season. The table is updated within 24 hours of each event.
The top 10 members at the end of the season qualify for the national PGA Merit Finals. Points are awarded to all finishers at every qualifying event — no result goes unrewarded.
Only events played as a PGA Yorkshire member count toward the Merit Table. Guest appearances and Pro-Am rounds are excluded from the standings.

How the Merit Table Works
How Points Are Awarded
Points are awarded on a sliding scale at every qualifying event. 1st place earns 100 points, 2nd earns 90, and every finisher receives a minimum of 10 points. Bonus points are available for eagles and holes-in-one.
Qualifying Events
All 14 scheduled PGA Yorkshire events in 2025 are qualifying rounds for the Merit Table. There is no minimum entry requirement — every event you play contributes to your standing.
End-of-Season Prizes
The Merit Table champion receives the PGA Yorkshire Merit Trophy and qualification for the national finals. The top 10 all receive certificates and prizes at the annual end-of-season dinner in November.
